You can use the Chained Selects Add-On to easily upload a CSV file and import the options you’d like to include in the cascading drop-down menu. If you prefer not to handle choices through a CSV file, you can also dynamically generate the cascading options using hooks and filters.
This plugin requires Gravity Forms installed and activated to work.
