Please have a look at each item listing for detailed licensing terms. Most WordPress Items at www.snackwp.com are licensed under the General Public Licence (GPL).

If the product asks to enter a license key, ignore it. The product still works fine without entering any key.

Some products may require a license key to work: In this case, we may include a license key for a product that requires a license key to work. The license key is not for automatic updates, the license key is only for enjoying premium features. When the latest version is available, if you want to update, you have to download from our site.

If the product doesn’t work, or premium features are locked because it requires a license key, just contact us via our support desk.

We discourage you from purchasing the Membership for testing purposes.

There are currently no excluded products, but you can contact us if you find a product that is excluded. Usually the product is excluded but we have not updated the information here. If you have any doubts, it is better to ask before purchasing!

There are no returns/refunds for memberships!

Refunds may be issued in the following situations: When all items you download are not working (Not one or several items). Or, you do not receive any items. Or, the Download button doesn’t work so you don’t receive any items.

You do not need to cancel your Membership, because there are no recurring payments.

If you have just purchased a membership or your current membership is still active, then you upgrade your membership. Your previous membership will be replaced with your new membership level. No refunds will be issued for your previous membership.
