Gravity Forms QR Code enables you to create QR codes using the values from Gravity Forms fields, as well as scan QR codes to populate those fields. The values captured can be displayed as QR codes in form confirmations, notifications, and in any area that supports merge tags. You can scan QR codes directly into Single Line Text fields on the forms. Additionally, other field types can accept scanned QR codes through a filter. Once you install and activate Gravity Forms QR Code, you can generate QR codes using merge tags and scan them into a Single Line Text field.
This plugin requires Gravity Forms and Gravity Perks installed and activated to work!
