This feature creates PDF files for each ticket, offering a physical copy of the ticket’s information. Users have the option to personalize the print pages by adjusting the header, footer, and body templates. Additionally, the print option can be turned on or off for customers as required.
Note: This addon requires the SupportCandy plugin installed and activated to work.
