This plugin enables you to incorporate a new Terms of Service field into your Gravity Forms. Once you install and activate the Gravity Forms Terms of Service, you can easily add these fields to your forms. You also have the option to require users to scroll through the terms before they can acknowledge them. Feel free to use HTML and shortcodes within the Terms of Service fields.
This plugin requires Gravity Forms and Gravity Perks installed and activated to work!
