SupportCandy’s Private Credentials feature is an enhancement that enables customers to safely share confidential information within a ticket, such as cPanel access or FTP details, while keeping it hidden from others. This feature introduces a “Private Credentials” widget on each ticket page, allowing customers to input, update, and remove their information. The data is securely stored in an encrypted format. Agents can access, change, or delete the credentials according to their designated permissions.
Note: This addon requires the SupportCandy plugin installed and activated to work.
