Paid Memberships Pro Capture Name & Address for Free Levels or Offsite Gateway – By default, Paid Memberships Pro gathers billing address information only for paid membership levels when using onsite payment gateways. This Add On allows you to collect name and billing address fields even if:
- A member signs up for a free membership level.
- Your site utilizes an offsite payment gateway, such as PayPal Express, which does not gather billing information during the checkout process.
The billing details collected by your membership site are securely stored and can be accessed in the Order Details section of the WordPress admin. However, it’s important to note that this information is not transmitted to the payment gateway; your site keeps it solely for internal record-keeping.
IMPORTANT: This is an addon for Paid Memberships Pro.
